This is the most Finnish object we sell. A soapstone tube: put a sausage in it, set it among the hot stones on your heater, and the natural heat gently cooks it, crisp outside and juicy in the middle.
How it cooks
The stone does the work: soapstone holds heat, and that natural heat gently cooks the sausage.
