Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Wellendi, we specialize in delivering premium wellness products directly
to your sanctuary. Due to the size and weight of some of our items, we may
utilize specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure
safe transit. For smaller items we partner with UPS, Canada Post, Fedex and
Canpar depending on the destination and order size. Tracking information is
sent upon shipping.
- Order Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom builds or backordered items will have specific lead times noted on the product page.
- Shipping Costs: [Standard Flat Rate / Calculated at Checkout]. Please note that remote areas or island deliveries may incur additional surcharges.
- The Delivery Process: * Curbside Delivery: All large items
(Saunas kits and heaters) are delivered via
curbside delivery. The driver will lower the unit to the ground at
the end of your driveway using a liftgate.
- Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window. A recipient over 18 must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Inspection Requirement: Crucial Step. Upon arrival, you must inspect the crate for any visible damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). If the unit is damaged, please note "Damaged upon arrival" on the POD and contact us within 24 hours.
- Damages or Lost Packages. We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. Please contact us for any assistance with contacting the shipping carrier.
