At Wellendi, we stand behind the quality of our sauna kits and wellness products. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Our goal is to make returns simple, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
  • Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Products are returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
Non-returnable items include:
  • Installed or used products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us at info@wellendi.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will issue return instructions and approval
Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For large or freight items, Wellendi can assist in arranging return shipping at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • A restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted depending on the product

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue
We will:
  • Replace the item
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Or issue a refund, depending on the situation

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
  • Special or custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

Warranty vs. Returns

If your product issue is related to performance or defects after use, it may fall under our Warranty Policy rather than a return.
