Ground Finnish birch leaves with peppermint, in biodegradable sachets you steep in your bucket. Three per box, handmade in Finland.
Peppermint does something specific in a hot room: it reads as cold. Against the heat, that contrast is the whole appeal.
How to use it
One sachet into the bucket, fill with hot water, steep at least 20 minutes, then ladle over the stones as normal. The bag stays in the bucket. Nothing goes directly onto the heater.
What is in it
100% natural ground birch leaves and peppermint, both from Finland. Nystad handmakes the sachets in Finland from leaves and herbs, and that is the entire ingredient list.
Packaging
Three sachets per box, biodegradable, in a box that recycles with paper and cardboard.
Choosing between the three
Plain birch is the simplest of the three. Peppermint is the sharp one. Lavender is the quiet one. All three are available, and the box of three sachets is small enough to try more than one.
