How to use it

Put one sachet in your sauna bucket, fill with hot water, and let it steep for at least 20 minutes before you start ladling. The sachet stays in the bucket throughout. Use the water exactly as you would plain loyly water.

Ingredients

100% natural ground birch leaves and lavender from Finland. Nothing added. Nystad Sauna Company works with Finnish birch leaves and herbs, and the sachets are handmade there.

Packaging

Three sachets to a box. The sachet is biodegradable and the carton goes in with paper and cardboard recycling.
