This is the mid-size window in our framed lineup: a 23-1/2 x 39-1/2 in window in a cedar channel frame, big enough for a real view, small enough to keep bench walls free. The glass is an insulating double tempered unit at 1/2 in total thickness.

Fit

Rough opening 25-3/4 x 41-1/2 in, and the channel frame grooves over standard 1-1/2 in wall material.

Wood choice

Available in knotty or clear Western red cedar.

Where it works

Outdoor saunas with a view worth keeping, or indoor rooms that need more light than a small pane gives. If you're choosing between this and the 23x65, the 23x65 runs glass close to door height.
