Three products in one

Sealer, protective oil and stain together in one can. One application rather than three.

It never peels

An oil penetrates rather than filming, so there is nothing on the surface to chip or lift. Maintenance is cleaning the wood and applying a thin coat, with no sanding unless the surface is damaged.

What it handles

UV discolouration and weather in all conditions.

Applying it

Clean, dry, bare wood. Roller, brush or spray gun. Allow 12 to 24 hours between coats. It will not go over previously painted, stained or varnished surfaces.

Coverage

Coverage depends on the surface: rough-sawn or profiled boards take considerably more oil than planed or sanded ones, and the rougher the wood, the darker the finished colour. Test on an offcut first.

Black pairs with black door hardware and a black-framed sauna door. Inside the hot room, use MELDOS instead; ALIS is exterior only.
